Over thelast fifteen years the brand was build and it was recognized by Pitter Yachtcharter where TOP LIGHT d.o.o. (ex Nivad.o.o.) became Pitter Charter–Partner. In last ten years the base in Split become one of the most prestige destinations among the charterers and long-time proven Pitter Charter-Partner with high charter standards and services.

In 2019 the company was sold to a Kuzmanić family that are coming from the financial sector. As a result of management change, the quality of service in summer 2019 has increased and the ACI Split – Pitter charter is on the first place on Euminia rating in Split and on the first place in Pitter Yacht Charter bases in the whole world.
